IN STOCK POLICY – We do not always have all of the products we sell on hand! There will be items that you want that you’ll need to pre-order so please order in advance and not last minute. PAYMENT POLICY – Your shipping and billing information MUST match. If they do not your order will be canceled, and money refunded.

 

PICKUP POLICY – If you would like to do a free pickup in Miami, Florida, please select customer pick up at check out and contact us via Instagram DM @CheCollectionnn or text us at (954)314-3896 to set up a time for your pickup.

T: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

SHIPPING POLICY – Once your order is placed there is a mandatory processing period. This processing period takes 48-72 hours and once your payment clears then your order will be shipped out. Once shipped out you will receive an email that’ll include your tracking number. Shipping takes 3-5 business days excluding weekends or holidays.

RETURN POLICY – Chē Collection ensures you top quality from our products to our customer service. Due to the nature of our products and us enforcing health guidelines we cannot issue a refund or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Only exception is if there is a mistake done on our behalf. Please contact us immediately if this is the case, so we can remedy the situation. 

 

FAQ

  1. How much hair should I buy?
    • When buying bundles, the amount you need can range from 3-5 bundles. If these bundles are to be installed with a frontal or closure, you should get about 2-3 bundles depending on the desired thickness. If you are doing a natural sew in or bond in with leave out, then you may need 3-5 bundles depending on the desired thickness.
  2. What is the lifespan of my hair?
    • Our virgin hair can last up to one to two years with proper hair care and treatment.
  3. Can I style my hair with heat?
    • Of course, treat your extensions like your natural hair and apply heat in moderation.
    • It is recommended that you apply a heat protectant along with some anti frizz serum for a sleeker and silkier look.
  4. Can I bleach or color my extensions?
    • Yes, you can! We recommend you seek professional assistance for coloring your hair extensions to ensure the best quality.
  5. I want a product/service I saw on Chē Collection’s social media that is not yet on the site. How do I go about booking or purchasing?
    • Please email, text, or DM us and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
